Nothing worse than working with somebody who doesn't understand the local marketplace or has a different attitude on the pace of how transactions come together here in Manhattan.

I agree.  Everything in Manhattan moves with double or maybe even triple the speed.  I don't have time to wait around for someone to "get it"
