Jon-Rentals go from on the low end $3,000/month up to $4,000 for higher floor larger units. Sale units vary but are around $850,000 right now.

you have a very peculiar market, but what else would you expect from New York. Lived for a short time on the 23rd street right between 5th and Madison, used to go to that park just a few blocks south, and read the paper there
Jon, the one bedrooms in this building price varies, a one bedroom unit like above can sell anywhere between $860,000 to $960,000 depending on the exposure, condition and size. Gramercy Starck is a building with very fancy amenities and full time service doorman and concierage.
Holy cow! I just had a heart attack after reading your response to Jon! And I was wondering, is that the edge of the kitchen cabinets that I see right beside what appears to be a ...living room? Wow. I'm kinda speechless. But as I said in my comment on your newer post, this is light and bright. I like that it's not dark and depressing. The light colors, and floor-to-ceiling windows are very appealing. I just don't know if I could look at the side of other buildings all the time. But what do I know? I'm a born and raised Florida girl! I LOVE the culture of Manhattan! Not to mention the food in Little Italy... OMG! That alone makes me want to visit again. I'm always wanting to sneak away for a few days, just to see a Broadway show, have a few unique meals, and just take it all in... even the craziness of the drivers >.< Now THAT is an experience! LOL But I know I couldn't live there. I can't help but be fascinated by yours and Morgan's blogs about New York. I'm glad you two are on here, giving us clueless peoples a little ejumakashun. ;-)
Hi Lisa, this building is very unique in its design style, the amenities and the atmosphere it provide to the residents. It is part of Manhattan living to sometimes see other buildings outside of your windows!
