Manhattan Market Report February 2009 shows the activities and contract sign numbers and details of month of February 2009. In the current market place, it is absolutely crucial to receive minute to minute most updated market activity in order to make educated decisions whether you are selling, buying, investing or renting.

My best interpretation of Manhattan Market Report February 2009 based on our company February numbers. We are seeing more of a balanced market between buyers and sellers in February Contract Signed Report. For those contract signed deals, we are seeing 50% are from buyers, and 50% are from sellers. Serious buyers who have the needs to move, and understand the market, making reasonable offers were able to secure the property they want.  Realistic sellers who have the needs to sell and cash out have priced their properties according to today's market, well priced properties are receiving buyer traffics, multiple offers, and accepted offer.

In our own business activities First Time Home Buyer and Pied-a-terred-Buyers Segment of the market are very busy. This is also shows in Manhattan Market Report February 2009. The transactions were done mostly in price point between $500,000-$1,000,000.
