We also were able to narrow down to several condo buildings that will be most suitable for them. Since they will only be in New York for 3 days during their visit, we must work very efficiently to find the perfect condo. During their short time in New York, because of our email exchanges, we have educated them about the market and purchase process, we hit the ground running to condo shopping.
This week, we closed on an Upper West side condo of their choice. It was fantastic day when the buyer is happy with their purchase, it makes the hard work worth it.
