Georgetown Plaza 60 East 8th Street, New York, NY 10003 is one of the most unique and equally desirable buildings in the
Greenwich Village neighborhood. Georgetown Plaza is a condop building. A condop is a co-op building that has condo by-laws. What makes Georgetown Plaza so desirable that it operates very much like a condominium building does, allowing unlimited sublets, flexible financing for purchasers, pied a terres and most importantly No Board Interview. The building by-laws allow parents to buy with, or for their child living in the apartment. Studio and Alcove Studio for sale at Georgetown Plaza-There are a couple of studio apartments at Georgetown Plaza, since 2010 only Two (2) studio apartments have come on the market and sold. They sold between $585,000-$660,000.
Two Bedrooms for Sale at Georgetown Plaza-There have been Four(4) Two Bedroom sales at Georgetown Plaza since 2010. The Two Bedroom apartments vary widely in price range, because there are a number of different layouts and sizes. The price range will typically start around $1,300,000 and can increase to over $2,000,000 for the more impressive units.
