New Yorkers are out of town for Memorial weekend!

Manhattan New York lately have been having some misty grey weather. Today the sun came out and we hope it is here to stay.
Whenever there is a holiday or three day weekend, most of the Manhattanites aka New Yorkers leave town and usually the town is filled with visitors or tourists. 
Since we do not have lockboxes here in Manhattan New York, every property is shown by appointments only by the sellers agent, holiday or three day weekend is almost impossible to work as Real Estate agents, even if you want to. During three day weekend, many of the sellers, or seller's agents will not be in town, so buyers can only see selection of the properties.

This weekend, we plan to do some organization work to our home office, visit some friends and work on our upcoming blog posts and websites.
