Realistic sellers who have the needs to sell and cash out have priced their properties according to today's market, well priced properties are receiving buyer traffics, multiple offers, and accepted offer.
In our own business activities First Time Home Buyer and Pied-a-terred-Buyers Segment of the market are very busy. This is also shows in Manhattan Market Report February 2009. The transactions were done mostly in price point between $500,000-$1,000,000.
