Madison Square Eats 2012 (May 4- June 1)


Spring and Summer time in New York is one of the nicest time to be in the city.

In different neighborhoods or streets, there are always something different to do. Even as New Yorkers, sometimes we may not be up to date with all the events happening in all neighborhoods but it is always fun to bump into a street fair, festival, block party or this, the Madison Square Park Eats.

Madison Square Park is in the Flatiron district of Manhattan, you can see the landmark Flatiron building in the photo. The park itself is on the intersection of Broadway, 5th Avenue, and 25th Street.


Madison Square Park Eats features different local food vendors showcasing some of the most tasty eats that you can grab and go. It is a fantastic festival to walk through during lunch hour to pick up some light lunch, or grab a light drink for walking around the streets of Manhattan.

Gorgeous Day in Central park this weekend!

This weekend we are having a wonderful high 70s temperature, and it is the best time to take a walk in Central Park and just relax on the park benches. All the trees are in full bloomed, fountains are beautiful, and everyone enjoyed themselves in the park playing, lounging or exercising. We live near Central Park so we definitely took some time off and enjoy the perfect weather.

Today we will have almost 80 degree weather. 

This is a photo taken yesterday afternoon in the Flatiron district in Manhattan NY.

The neighborhood is in relative proximity to many popular neighborhoods such as Union Square, Greenwich Village and Gramercy Park.There is a variety of restaurant choices and shopping within its immediate vicinity. The area is mainly made up of low rise buildings but has a number of prominent high rise office and residential towers. Residential real estate choices are plentiful as there are many new condominium properties and both co-op and rental buildings to choose from.

Easy transportation and multiple bus and subway lines make this a popular area. Being so close to many cafes, new and established restaurants, and nightlife choices make this a desirable downtown neighborhood. The Union Square Park on its southern border is a highlight of the neighborhood. The Union Square Farmer’s Market is one of the largest and most popular farmer markets in all of New York City.

We have sold many condos to out of town investors and once the apartment is closed, we help them to rent out their Manhattan New York condo.

We always qualify each single perspective tenants, the process is much more than just a credit check to ensure the tenant is financially qualified.
